Troubleshooting |
| Schedules-Can
not open page |
- First, you must be
on the "Leagues" or the "Schedules and
Standings" page. Click on any one of the leagues that
you would like to join: Example, "Golden
Hill".
- A "File Download"
box will appear with your Schedules and Standings choice.
- Do not click
on the "Open" button because it will not open.
Instead click on the "Save" button.
- After you click on
the Save button, your page will download. It only takes a few
seconds to download.
- NOTE: It is
best to download your page onto your "Desktop",
which is the easiest place to locate a downloaded page. Or, if
you are more advanced, you can place
it in any other
folder you would like to store it.
- Next, the "Download
Complete" box will appear, but do not click on
the buttons "Open" or "Open Folder".
Click on the "Close" button, ONLY!
- Look for the page
that you just downloaded on your Desktop.
- Last step. If you
have a PC (Personal Computer) most, if not all, run on a Windows
OS (Operating System). With your Windows comes a software program
called, "Microsoft Works Word Processor". The
program that you just downloaded runs on this software program.
So, all you have to do is just click on your download to open
it. If it does not open for you, please right-click on
it. Then scroll over to "Open With". You must Open
With Microsoft
Works Word Processor, again, to see your Schedule.
- NOTE: If
you have a Mac or any other type of OS that also
runs with a Windows OS, you should also be able to open
this download easily. If you do not have a Windows OS, then you
will have to download a "Viewer" below:
- After you download
and have opened your "Viewer", within it
you can go to "File" then "Open...",
find your "Schedules
and Standings" (Example,
"Golden
Hill") that
you just downloaded onto your deskstop... and open it up inside
of your
Viewer .
If it does not open, follow step "8" ("Open
With").
- Lastly, to open your
Standings
simply scroll down below the "Schedules"
page, to the next page, until you see the word "Standings".
Next, just click on the word, "Standings".
These "Standings"
run on a different software
program. To see it you must have "Microsoft Works Spreadsheet".
Again, if you don't have it, but most PCs do, or you are a Mac
user, you must download it. See link(s) below:
